Morning Cup of Vinyasa

The best part of waking up is a shot of Vinyasa in your cup! Skip the “go-juice” jitters and, instead, let your breath percolate throughout your entire body in this invigorating Vinyasa flow class. Spinal twists, hip openers, and heart opening back bends will have you leaving class feeling buzzed out on your asanas and ready for another day of Denver Chant Fest festivities. Music included.

 

Higher Taste Cooking Class

with Lokah and Kumi
8:30am-10:00am

Lokah & Kumi work together in LA, sharing the knowledge of Bhakti yoga with different yoga studios and festivals around the country. They were inspired to create a special cooking class to introduce the sacred process of offering food in the traditional Vedic way. All preparations are vegetarian, vegan, and raw. While food is cooking, participants engage in ecstatic kirtan and learn chants that purify the body, mind and soul!

 

Vinyasa For the Heart

In order to transcend our Power Vinyasa Practice one must begin by bowing their mind to their heart. This All Levels Vinyasa Class for the Heart will focus on strength, refinement, simplicity and LOVE. Come chant, experience the healing powers of Shamanic Drumming, do a few wheel poses and expect sore cheeks (not from too many Chair Poses) from smiling as big you can from your heart.

 

Bhakti Flow

Experience Extreme Power Flow Yoga in a dynamic session designed to take the seasoned practitioner to a new level. This challenging class, wrapped in love and devotion, will introduce students to Rusty’s signature freestyle vinyasa class. A Bhakti Flow experience sets the stage for spontaneous meditation to occur. It is a prayer-filled dance to the Beloved. Come prepared to sing, sweat and flow!

 

Journey Through Your Truth’s

The cornerstones of Tina’s teaching include breath as a barometer for trust & faith, compassion & purpose. She encourages mindful breathing in every movement thus creating and actually experiencing an energetic shift. She’ll encourage you to take that shift off the mat and into your world to “PRACTICE yoga instead of just DOING it”. In this class you will be challenged physically, mentally and emotionally. She’ll charge your patience, equanimity and even your humor!

Embodied Sanskrit-The Divine Language of Yoga

Open Your Hips and Free Your Spine

Bhakti On the Mat

Deepen your connection to the spirit of life by merging the heart-opening qualities of bhakti yoga with the sensuality and vitality of asana in this playful practice which includes storytelling, poetry, kirtan chanting, graceful vinyasa sequences, and evocative music. Some experience with vinyasa yoga is recommended. Flowing with Divine Heart

Get ready to sing with the vibration of the heart, explore the physical sensations surrounding the heart through back bends, and cultivate an awareness to lead with the heart – especially off the mat. This practice will allow you to uncover the power of om hrim: feeling the outward ripple of energy you create, while finding the stillness to connect within.

This class is an all-levels vinyasa practice.
